Advertised prices: what to check before a quote
A catalogue price is a reference point. Your quote should describe the car and charges that apply to you.
Identify the exact trim
Note the powertrain, battery, year and trim. A photograph may show a better-equipped version than the entry-level car. Compare the specifications and included options, especially charging equipment.
Ask for an itemised total
Ask whether paint, registration, delivery or other services are included. For promotions, confirm validity dates, conditions and applicable stock. Keep the written quote.
